Opus 300 System

The Opus 300 system is based on commonly available Cat5 and coaxial cabling delivering audio and video throughout the home from a central hub. The MCU300 (hub) is usually located in a service cupboard but is so small that it can also be mounted behind a hi-fi system enabling existing source components to be shared across the home. Philips Pronto TSU 9800

At first glance the TSU-9800 appears similar to the TSU-9600 on steroids but there is more to this unit than meets the eye. Most obviously the unit is bigger than the 9600. The extra space being to accommodate the 6.4" colour VGA touchscreen. That is 2.7" or 70% bigger than the 9600. A bigger screen means you can have bigger buttons or fit more information per page, important when browsing the content of media servers.

Polar Bear TSU9600 Wall dock
